These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of FormyChat, operated by WPPOOL at https://wppool.dev/formychat.
By accessing, installing, or using FormyChat, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not install or use the service. If you are using FormyChat on behalf of a company, organization, or other entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By using FormyChat, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms, as well as our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated herein by reference.
2. Description of Service
FormyChat is a service provided by WPPOOL that helps users connect form-related workflows with external services and features, including Google Sheets integration for syncing or managing form submission data.
We may modify, improve, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time, with or without notice.
3. User Accounts and Access
3.1 Account and Integrations
Certain features require you to connect a third-party account (such as a Google account via OAuth). You are responsible for maintaining the security of your accounts and for all activities that occur under them.
3.2 Accurate Information
You agree to provide accurate and complete information and to keep it updated.
3.4 Suspension or Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to FormyChat if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, created risk for the service, or used the application in a harmful, unlawful, or abusive manner.
4. Google OAuth and Third-Party Integrations
FormyChat allows you to connect your Google account using Google OAuth solely to enable the Google Sheets integration feature.
By authorizing the connection, you grant FormyChat permission to access and modify only the specific Google Sheets you explicitly select, for the purpose of syncing form submission data. We do not access any other Google services or data unless you explicitly authorize it.
Your use of Google services is also governed by Google’s own Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. We are not responsible for Google’s practices or any changes they make to their services.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use FormyChat to:
- violate any applicable law, regulation, or third-party right
- upload, transmit, or distribute unlawful, harmful, fraudulent, defamatory, or abusive content
- interfere with, disrupt, damage, or compromise the service or its infrastructure
- attempt unauthorized access to any system, account, or data
- scrape, harvest, or collect data without authorization
- send spam, malicious content, or unwanted automated requests
- impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity or affiliation
6. Intellectual Property
6.1 Our Rights
FormyChat, including its code, design, branding, logos, and documentation, is owned by WPPOOL or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the plugin on your own WordPress websites in accordance with these Terms
6.2 Your Content and Data
You retain all rights to the content and data you submit through FormyChat (including form submissions and data synced to your Google Sheets). You grant WPPOOL a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, process, transmit, and display that data solely as necessary to provide and improve the service.
7. Third-Party Services
FormyChat may contain integrations, links, or connections to third-party services. We are not responsible for the content, availability, functionality, or practices of those third-party services. Your use of them is governed by their own terms and policies.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
FormyChat is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, WPPOOL disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
We do not guarantee that the service will always be available, uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free from harmful components.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, WPPOOL shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business opportunities arising out of or related to your use of FormyChat.
In no event shall WPPOOL’s total liability exceed the amount you paid to WPPOOL for the plugin in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim (or zero if you used the free version).
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless WPPOOL, its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising from your use of FormyChat, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.
11. Privacy
Your use of FormyChat is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms. Please review it carefully before using the service.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will post the updated Terms and revise the effective date. By continuing to use FormyChat after the updated Terms become effective, you agree to the revised Terms.
13. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws applicable to WPPOOL’s place of operation, unless otherwise required by applicable law. WPPOOL’s live Terms page says the company is based in WA, US, but your FormyChat page should only keep that if you want to be specific and certain it is still the correct legal base.
14. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force. Our failure to enforce any right or provision shall not constitute a waiver of that right.
15. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any other policies referenced herein, constitute the entire agreement between you and WPPOOL regarding your use of FormyCha
