- You must maintain a single account for a single product and we will not allow multiple accounts in our record under any circumstances.
- In case you are representing a corporation or you are a corporation, a single entity on your behalf can access your corporate account.
- We will not be responsible in the case anyone who has access to the credentials of your corporate account communicates with us and takes any actions that cause any loss of data or other damage to your website or personal information.

12. Lifetime Deals License Policy
Most of our products come with a Lifetime version. Lifetime refers to the period between the date of purchase and the discontinuation of the product. WPPOOL reserves the right to discontinue any product with an announcement within 45-60 days before the date of discontinuation.
13. Lifetime Deal (LTD) License Terms
13.1 License Grant
Subject to these Terms and Conditions, we grant the purchaser a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the Software on the number of websites permitted under the specific License tier purchased, as stated on the product’s pricing page or order confirmation at the time of purchase, owned or managed by the License Holder.
This site limit applies per purchased license and does not carry over or combine across separate license keys unless stated otherwise at checkout.
13.2 License Holder
A Lifetime License is granted to a single individual or a single legal entity.
The License Holder may authorize employees or contractors acting on its behalf to use the Software, provided all use remains under the License Holder’s control.
13.3 Permitted Use
The License Holder may:
- Install the Software on the number of websites they own, up to the limit of their purchased License tier.
- Install the Software on client websites that they directly develop or maintain, counted toward the same tier limit.
- Continue using the Software indefinitely, subject to these Terms.
13.4 Prohibited Use
Regardless of the License tier purchased, the License Holder may not:
- Resell, sublicense, lease, rent, or redistribute the License, in whole or in part, at any tier.
- Share License Keys with third parties.
- Operate the License as a licensing, hosting, or Software-as-a-Service offering.
- Circumvent, disable, or interfere with licensing or security mechanisms, including attempts to exceed the site limit of the purchased tier.
- Use the License in any fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful manner.
13.5 Fair Use
Use of the License must remain consistent with its intended purpose as a single-entity license limited to the site count of the purchased tier.
This applies across all Lifetime Deal tiers we offer: reselling, sharing, or otherwise redistributing access to a License is a violation of these Terms regardless of which tier was purchased. We reserve the right to investigate credential sharing, automated registrations, or activation patterns that reasonably indicate the License is being used across multiple unrelated entities to circumvent the purchased tier’s site limit. Where misuse is identified, we may temporarily suspend or permanently revoke the License.
13.6 Updates
Lifetime Licenses include updates for the lifetime of the Software product while it remains commercially maintained by us.
We reserve the right to discontinue development of the Software, replace it with a successor product, or cease offering updates at our sole discretion.
13.7 Support
Support is provided at our discretion and in accordance with our published Support Policy.
Lifetime access to the Software does not guarantee perpetual technical support, response times, or feature development.
13.8 Hosted Services
Any cloud-based functionality, APIs, AI services, licensing servers, synchronization services, or other hosted components may be subject to reasonable operational limits to ensure service reliability and security.
We reserve the right to introduce usage limits, rate limits, or quotas for hosted services where necessary.
13.9 Transfer
Lifetime Licenses may not be transferred, assigned, sold, gifted, or inherited without our prior written approval.
13.10 Violation of Terms
We may suspend or terminate a License if we reasonably believe these Terms have been violated, including but not limited to:
- License sharing.

- Chargebacks.
- Unauthorized redistribution.

WPOOL launches campaign-specific deals during special occasions including Black Friday and the Cyber Monday. WPPOOL reserves to terminate the campaign offers at any time without any further notice and users will not be provided discounted pricing after the campaign ends.
