No. You don't need to buy a VPS, install anything, or maintain a server. We host and maintain the server for you, so you can focus on running meetings.

Super simple:

  1. We'll send you a Hosted Server URL after setup (example: https://yourbrand.jitsihosted.com)
  2. Open FlexMeeting → API Settings → Managed Branded Hosting
  3. Paste the Hosted Server URL → click Save & Test Connection
  4. Done! Your meetings will start running on your branded server

Usually within 24 hours (business hours). In some cases (custom branding/domain requests), it may take a bit longer - we'll update you by email.

Not in this hosted service.

In Managed Branded Hosting, we host everything on our infrastructure and give you a branded server URL like: https://yourbrand.jitsihosted.com

This works like your own branded domain for your users - it’s your brand name in the URL, your logo, and a fully white-labeled experience, but it runs on our hosted system.

If you specifically want to use your own domain, you’ll need to use "Self-Hosted" mode in the FlexMeeting plugin and host the server on your own infrastructure (or your VPS/cloud).

Yes, recording and livestreaming are available.
If you need:

  • Meeting recording, or
  • YouTube/Facebook livestreaming

just mention it in the request form. These features may require additional server resources depending on your usage.

Yes, this is an ongoing managed service. Once your branded hosted server is set up, we don't just hand it off and disappear, rather, we keep it running for you. That includes ongoing maintenance like uptime monitoring, updates, and keeping the server stable for real meetings.

Right now, we're providing this service at no cost while we focus on making sure every user can use it smoothly.

In the future, if the service scales and we need it, we may introduce a Pro plan, but our priority right now is simple: deliver a reliable experience and maintain everything for you.
