2021 has ended. While we are sad to say goodbye to 2021, we are equally excited to welcome the new year of 2022.

The year 2021 has been an eventful year here at WPPOOL. We have seen many positives while we also dealt with the negatives smartly. At the start of the year 2021, we had set some goals and we worked accordingly towards achieving those goals.

The main goal of 2021 was to create a fully product-focused team that can work from anywhere. That means we wanted to create a remote team that can take our product to the next level. And if we look back to 2021, the main success of WPPOOL is thanks to that remote team.

Our 2021 goal for an efficient and productive remote team is achieved. 💪
Our pipe dream came true because of our growth mindset, flexible & autonomous remote culture and productivity focused communication tools.

When we started 2021, we only developed two products “WP Dark Mode” and “Webinar and Video Conference with Jitsi Meet“.

We have seen the problems our customers are facing and tried to come up with solutions that will solve them. The result is we ended up launching 5 more products. To show we have been successful, many businesses are now using our plugins. Which is amazing!

Not only that, we helped a lot of customers as we had an amazing support team. 3000+ issues were resolved in the year 2021.

Not only we have grown as a company. Because despite the world being infected with Covid-19, 2021 was one of the successful years for us as we saw revenue growth of 227% compared to the year 2020. That proves that we are growing as a company.

We work hard to make our customers’ lives better. And our hard work didn’t go unnoticed. We got some great feedback from our customers. Here are a few glimpses of them,

I purchased the premium plugin for my directory site which has a number of great features including formatting website links so they are clickable. My tables look great and sync to my Google sheets. I had a problem on a Sunday with the table loading too slowly and contacted support and they were able to resolve the issue promptly (it was a simple plugin conflict issue).

Chat Widgets for Multivendor Marketplaces: Contact Icons, Messages, Email, SMS, Call Button

Plugin does what it’s supposed to and does it well. Ran into a minor but arcane problem and they were able to nail it down and push a fix within a couple of hours. Engaged, but so far at least not pushy or aggressive. Would totally spring for the pro version if I could and I don’t even need the additional tools.

Yes. WP Dark Mode finally hit the 10000+ active installations mark. We were waiting for that moment for so long. After that day came, we joined together and celebrated the achievement as a family.

We have many great plans for the year 2022. We have created a roadmap and will try to follow it so that we can achieve our goals. We will try to get more involved with the WordPress community as well. WordPress has given us so much. So, in 2022 we are planning to give back to the WordPress community.
