In the ArchiveMaster dashboard, click on Archive Settings to start setting up the archiving process.
Step 2: Select Your Platform and Date Range
Select the platform where you want to archive the orders.
Step 3: Set Date Range: Specify the date range of the orders you want to archive.
Step 4: Configure Database Connection #
- In the Database Setup section, input the credentials from your RDS database:
- Database Name
- Username
- Password
- Port
- Endpoint
- Ensure all credentials are entered correctly; otherwise, the connection won’t be established, preventing the data from being archived.
Step 5: Start Archiving #
- Once the database connection is successfully configured, Navigate the Archive Overview section.
- Click Archive Now to archive orders within the selected date range.
Your old order data, based on the date range you set, will begin archiving immediately.
