The Welcome Popup on FormyChat lets you welcome visitors to your site with a personalized message on a popup, grabbing their attention and setting the tone for their experience on your site.
Now, let’s see how you can set up this Welcome Popup/ Greeting Widget on your site.
First, go to the FormyChat Settings from your WordPress dashboard. Then click on Greetings to start the setup.
Next, enable the Display Greeting Popup option from the Greetings tab. This will enable the customization options for the greeting popup.
Afterward, set the settings according to your preference and click on Next on the top right of the tab.
[ Please note that some of the customization options (like font and greetings behavior) are only available for the Ultimate users. ]
Finally, in the last step, make sure that the Activate FormyChat option is enabled and click on Save to finish the process.
That’s it! A WhatsApp icon with a Welcome Popup will be added to your website now.
