This documentation provides a comprehensive guide on how to use FlexStock with Dokan to streamline your multi-vendor operations.
🔄 Good to know: You can use FlexStock with Dokan for free, but to unlock its full potential, we recommend using the Ultimate version of FlexStock.
Step 1: Set Up FlexStock #
If you haven’t already set up FlexStock, start by following our FlexStock setup guide. It walks you through everything you need to get started.
Step 2: Purchase the Multi-Vendor Add-on #
To enable multi-vendor features with Dokan, you’ll need to purchase our Multi-Vendor Add-on, which is a premium extension.
Step 3: Install the Multi-Vendor Add-on #
After purchasing:
- Download the add-on file (ZIP).
- Go to your WordPress dashboard.
- Navigate to Plugins → Add New → Upload Plugin.
- Upload and install the ZIP file like any premium plugin.
- Activate the addon.
- Go to Multi-Vendor Addon Settings and ensure that the “Multi-Vendor Sync” option is enabled.
After enabling Multi-Vendor Sync, you will see two configuration options:
- Vendor Dashboard Menu Label
Specify how you want the add-on name to appear in the vendor dashboard menu. This label will be used for accessing the sync feature. - Sync Vendor Updates to Admin Sheet
Define how frequently vendor updates should be synced to your Admin Google Sheet. This ensures all data stays up to date without impacting site performance.
Step 4: Manage Everything from Your Google Sheet #
Once activated, you’ll find a central sheet under the FlexStock dashboard in WordPress. This sheet enables you to manage all vendor data from a single location.
Step 5: Vendor Sheets – Fully Automated #
Here’s the best part:
- Each vendor who successfully registers on your site will automatically get their own Google Sheet. They just need to set up their Google Sheet. Here is a guide to setup the Google Sheet.
- Vendors can manage their inventory using their sheet.
- As the admin, you can view and monitor all vendor sheets from your central Google Sheet dashboard within the FlexStock plugin.
