How It Works: #

Default Behavior: #

• Enabled by default:
  • Exclude active subscription orders from archiving
  • Exclude active membership orders from archiving.

When you start the archive process, a pop-up notification appears, confirming that: “Subscriptions & Membership orders won’t be archived to prevent issues with subscription & memberships.”

Keep the feature enabled to prevent issues with recurring billing, subscription renewals, and membership access. Only disable if you fully understand the impact on your customers’ subscriptions/memberships.
