Activity Logs in ArchiveMaster help you track important actions performed on your WordPress website, including order restorations. You can review log entries, delete individual logs, or clear logs in bulk.
This guide explains how to access Activity Logs, manage log entries, and use Delete All feature.
1. Overview of Activity Logs #
Activity Logs provide a record of important actions performed through ArchiveMaster. They help you review previous activities and keep track of operations such as order restorations.
Where to Find Activity Logs #
- Log in to your WordPress dashboard.
- Navigate to ArchiveMaster.
- Open the Logs section.
- Review the available log entries and their recorded details.

2. Delete Individual Logs #
ArchiveMaster allows you to delete individual log entries when you no longer need them. You can also delete logs one page at a time.
Delete a Single Log #
- Open the Activity Logs page.
- Locate the log entry you want to remove.
- Click the corresponding Delete action.
- Confirm the action if prompted.
The selected log entry will be removed without requiring you to delete the other entries.

Delete Logs One Page at a Time #
If you want to remove multiple entries, you can delete logs page by page.
- Open the Activity Logs page.
- Select the page containing the logs you want to remove.
- Delete the unwanted log entries on that page.
- Navigate to another page and repeat as needed.
This method is useful when you only need to remove selected entries rather than clear the entire log history.

3. Delete All Activity Logs #
Introduced in version 1.13.2
The Delete All feature lets you clear Activity Logs in bulk. It is especially useful for websites with hundreds or thousands of log entries, where deleting entries individually would take considerable time.
How to Delete All Logs #
- Open the Activity Logs page.
- Locate the Delete All option.
- Click Delete All to start the bulk deletion process.
- Monitor the progress displayed while ArchiveMaster processes the log entries.
- If you need to interrupt the process, click Stop.

Monitor Progress and Stop Deletion #
When you start the Delete All process, ArchiveMaster displays progress as the logs are processed. This helps you monitor the operation, particularly when your website has a large number of entries.
If you no longer want to continue, use the Stop option to interrupt the ongoing process.

Important: Delete All is intended for users who want to clear their Activity Logs in bulk. Review your log history before starting the operation.
4. Order Restorations in Activity Logs #
ArchiveMaster now records order restorations in Activity Logs, making it easier to track when this operation occurs.
Whenever an order restoration is recorded, you can review the corresponding entry in the Activity Logs section.
How to Check Order Restoration Logs #
- Open ArchiveMaster in your WordPress dashboard.
- Navigate to Activity Logs.
- Look for the entry associated with the order restoration.
- Review the available details to identify the recorded activity.

This improvement provides better visibility into order restoration activities and helps you maintain a clearer record of operations performed through ArchiveMaster.
