Understanding Triggers #

Triggers determine when your Floating Widget appears to visitors. The widget displays as soon as the page loads by default.

Best for: Customer support, contact widgets, and live chat.

1.1 Time Delay #

Display the widget after a specified number of seconds.

For example:

  • 5 seconds
  • 10 seconds
  • 30 seconds

This gives visitors time to explore your page before the chat widget appears.

1.2 Scroll Trigger #

Show the widget after visitors scroll a certain percentage of the page.

Examples:

  • 25%
  • 50%
