How to Sync Custom Order Statuses with Google Sheets

To enjoy this feature, you will need to activate FlexOrder–Order Sync with Google Sheets for the WooCommerce Ultimate version. Activate the version first if you haven’t done so yet

Step 1: Enable Custom Order Status Sync #

• Navigate to FlexOrder > Settings.
• Locate the Enable Custom Order Status Sync toggle.
• Turn on the toggle and click “Save Changes” to enable syncing custom order statuses with Google Sheets.

Step 2: Set Custom Order Status in WooCommerce #

• Go to the WooCommerce Dashboard > Orders.
• Select an order and update its status according to your requirements.

Step 3: Verify Sync with Google Sheets #

• Open the Google Sheet connected to FlexOrder.
• Check if the order status has been updated in the sheet.

Step 4: Change Order Status from Google Sheets #

• Locate the order entry in the connected Google Sheet.
• Modify the order status by selecting from the available status options.
• The status will automatically update in your WooCommerce store.
