How to Sync Order Notes from Google Sheets

To enjoy this feature, you will need to activate FlexOrder – Order Sync with Google Sheets for the WooCommerce Ultimate version. Activate the version first if you haven’t done so yet

Step 1: Enable Display Order Note Sync #

• Navigate to FlexOrder > Settings.
• Enable the Display Order Note toggle.
• Click Save Changes.

Step 2: Add an Order Note #

• Navigate to the order you want to add a note to.
• Enter your order note in the provided field.

Step 3: Verify Sync with Google Sheets #

• Open the Google Sheet connected to FlexOrder.
• The order note will automatically sync and appear in the sheet.
